However after my cousin follow it, and finally lost plenty of weight with it without starving herself. I'm persuaded. Don't take my own word for it, search for Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine.

The reason why %97 of diets fail is because many people associate the word "diet" with a time connotation. I.e "I'm going on a diet for this summer" or "I'm going on a diet so I can fit into this dress" and usually once that period of time has passed they go back to their daily eating habits which caused them to put on weight in the first place.

Healthy weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds a week. (That doesn't sound like a lot but Google what 1 pound of fat looks like.) but in order to do that you need to burn 3,500 calories in one week, so you need to burn 500 calories Monday through Sunday. That doesn't mean you have to go to the gym every day in order to do so, you could start by parking furthest away from a certain venue and walking that small extra distance to the entrance and once you get used to that extra daily activity only walking to and from the venue.

Easiest way to start is by gradually cutting out soft drinks, alcohol, tea and coffes and only drinking water.

I have been studying obesity and metabolic health practically my whole life. I have read tons of books, learned about diets and listened to countless doctors and experts, and watched hundreds of lectures about obesity and health. I have considered every possible solution to the obesity crisis, and tried them on myself.
Let me say this…I never really learned much about obesity and health until I did one important thing, and if you want to really learn the truth about obesity and health, you have to do the same thing.
You are going to absolutely have to question what your doctor, the government and the media say.
If you continue to mindlessly believe these experts just because they are experts, you will never learn the truth.
The truth is the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to control your hunger. The best way to do that is to eat lots of fatty meats.
Protein and fat keep you from being hungry. If you eat them, and some vegetables, you can control your hunger, and the weight should slowly come off.
You also have to completely remove sugar, vegetable oils, carbohydrates and processed foods from your diet.
Don't believe me? If you want to lose weight, try this diet. As long as you stick to it, the weight should come off, barring some metabolic problems that might stall your weight loss like prescription drugs, thyroid problems, old age, etc,
The key to weight loss is a good ketogenic diet.
Try it, it should work for most people. And don't cheat. Stick to it…
