Did sonicare change their 4 quadrant cleaning recommendations now? My new sonicare instructions say to clean the entire outside of the top or bottom, then the entire inside of the top or bottom, not front and inside of half of the top or bottom. I guess it really doesn't matter, just interesting that there was a change.

PROBLEM: Battery indicator defective on these. Why can't things simply work properly?

I dont understand some shapes of brush heads, for example: optimal plaque defense. You just CANT clean your biting surfaces with this stupid shaped bristles.

I don't like how much it vibrates-hard to get used to

Scandalous that in this day and age Philips make it so hard to replace the battery in these and are happy to contribute to landfill.

The philips sonicare website is a black hole. There are so many many options without explanations as to model efficacy that is maddening. On what do you base your selection? Do you assume that you need the one that is the most expensive? INSANE. I called for some help but since the site doesn't specify sufficient details, it is still impossible. How the hell do they sell anything? Is their marketing department running in circles?

What lvl do u guys use the toothbrush on(1, 2, 3)

This Sonicare toothbrush really does the job lnfo.help/Philips?NLD    My dental hygienist has commented on the improvement of my teeth and gums since I started using this Sonicare. I take it with me when I travel and the battery lasts long enough so that I don't have to take the charger with me. Just got back from a 10 day trip and it stayed powered the entire time. Highly recommend.

lol my mom bought me one of these and it was my firs time using it, then i put toothpaste on top of it and when I turned it on, the toothpaste flew lmao

This machine does not clean between the teeth

I’ve been using Sonicare since 2005 lol every time they come out with a new one I get it lol I’m currently using this one I love it! 😃

So disappointed on philips. I bought a 9700 Sonicare which is a high-end toothbrush last year and cost me 300 bunks. It would not charge after just one-year-using, so it is still in warranty. I called and followed the instructions, they told me they will sent a replacement to me. Sounds good, right? No! Then they told me the model was on backorder and I will have to wait for a month to get my replacement, there will be nothing they can do about. Then how would I brush my teeth on this one very month, buy a new one? That’s your plan, philips? I do understand nobody wants a backorder-thing to happen. But it is your responsibility to send me something I can use(it does not matter the model, I have every brush head of which t he models they have produced, because they broke!) so I can protect my teeth! So lucky my girlfriend allowed me to share her toothbrush(gross but still lucky). I won’t recommend any product by philips.
