Eh, this pomade was alright. I been using it for this pass four days and it feels like a medium firm. I wouldn't say it's a clay pomade it all. Yea it has two clay ingredients, but it's more like a regular medium firm pomade with a semi-matte finish. Nothing special about it.

The low hold Music or Misery.
2 hours is WAY too long to workout, don't overtrain. HIGHLY suggest you look into proper form for every lift; especislly on bench-a very complex exercise. I suggest a power lifters bench with a slightly less wide grip.
Could you make a review of daimon barber no. 4 clay? It's one of my favourites, I always wondered what is your opinion about the product, and if I remember you did almost entire line of daimon barber porducts, except clay.
